As the President of the governmental
As the President of the governmental commission to initiate peace negotiations in Casamance have met on two occasions between 20 and 21 January 2003 in Ziguinchor of resistance fighters in order to facilitate the resumption of peace negotiations in Casamance. Yet he who had contended before the microphones, coming in Ziguinchor in order to make a simple courtesy visit to the two leaders of the MFDC, in this case Father Diamacoune and Sidy Badji that he has is encountered. (See Southern Daily January 21, 2003). It would appear that the chief negotiator for President Wade in the very sensitive issue Casamance went beyond this simple courtesy. For he has brought a new approach, a new key in managing this issue by the government of change.
